Situaci\u00f3 del problema constructiva:<\/strong><br><strong>Preguntes:<\/strong><br>Quin tipus de creps t&#8217;agrada menjar?<br>Com fer creps?<br>Quins ingredients s\u00f3n necessaris per preparar la massa dels creps?<br>Quines eines i equipaments de cuina necessitem?<br>Qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ha de fer per mantenir el proc\u00e9s de cocci\u00f3 segur i net?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pregunta de recerca:<\/strong><br>Com fer creps de colors, per exemple, vermell, verd, groc o marr\u00f3?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Formulaci\u00f3 de prediccions:<\/strong><br>La professora anota les idees dels nens.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Hip\u00f2tesi de verificaci\u00f3:<\/strong>&nbsp;Preparaci\u00f3 de la massa dels creps<br>El professor divideix el grup en equips petits, cada equip rep la recepta (amb il\u00b7lustracions, f\u00e0cil de &#8220;llegir&#8221; per als m\u00e9s petits). Cada equip segueix una recepta lleugerament diferent &#8211; amb l&#8217;\u00fas de diferents pigments naturals:<br>&#8211; El primer grup prepara la massa de creps seguint la instrucci\u00f3: 4 ous, 3 gots de farina llisa, 3 gots de llet, 1 got d&#8217;aigua &#8211; els ingredients es barregen acuradament en el bol per aconseguir una massa llisa;<br>&#8211; La massa de creps s&#8217;ha de dividir en 5 porcions iguals i es donar\u00e0 a 5 equips, que barrejaran la massa amb pigment natural produ\u00eft independentment.<br>&#8211; Primer equip &#8211; no afegeix cap pigment addicional, comen\u00e7a a coure creps.<br>&#8211; El segon equip prepara un pigment verd amb espinacs: un grapat d&#8217;espinacs s&#8217;han de col\u00b7locar en una batedora, despr\u00e9s s&#8217;ha d&#8217;afegir el pigment al gos i barrejar-lo amb cura;<br>&#8211; El tercer equip afegeix 2-3 culleres de massa mare de remolatxa a la massa de creps, i es barreja acuradament per aconseguir massa rosa.<br>&#8211; Quart equip ha de preparar una massa groga utilitzant mitja culleradeta de c\u00farcuma, i barrejant amb cura.<br>&#8211; El cinqu\u00e8 equip utilitza 2 culleres de cacau.<br>&#8211; Cada equip cou els creps sota la supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;un professor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Resumint l&#8217;activitat i traient conclusions:<\/strong><br>Els equips presenten i serveixen els seus creps &#8211; expliquen com es van preparar els creps de colors. Els nens discuteixen el color, la textura i el gust de diferents creps. El grup verifica la hip\u00f2tesi : els nens emprenen una reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica sobre diferents tipus d&#8217;ingredients que es poden utilitzar per produir pigments naturals, i altres tipus d&#8217;aliments que es poden preparar en una versi\u00f3 acolorida.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Explicaci\u00f3 a un professor:<\/strong><br>Pigments naturals utilitzats durant l&#8217;activitat origen de les plantes. Els pigments naturals utilitzats en una ind\u00fastria es produeixen a trav\u00e9s del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;extracci\u00f3 de subst\u00e0ncies biol\u00f2giques (a\u00efllant un ingredient de la barreja amb difusi\u00f3 en l\u00edquid). Els pigments naturals estan a\u00efllats de les plantes en el proc\u00e9s f\u00edsic (amb for\u00e7a) &#8211; aquests compostos no s\u00f3n susceptibles a la modificaci\u00f3 qu\u00edmica, llevat que es necessiti una major conservaci\u00f3 (en el processament d&#8217;aliments industrials). Els extractes bot\u00e0nics i de plantes (com ara: baies, fulles, flors, etc.) s&#8217;utilitzen sovint per produir pigments alimentaris naturals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les imatges de diferents tipus de creps es col\u00b7loquen en una pissarra (creps naturals i colorits). Els nens marquen els creps que m\u00e9s els agraden (posen un adhesiu sota una imatge adequada).
