Mostra als alumnes una tassa, demanant-los que la descriguin. Informar els alumnes que una tassa \u00e9s s\u00f2lida.<br>Un s\u00f2lid t\u00e9 la seva pr\u00f2pia forma de conjunt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mostrar als alumnes una ampolla d&#8217;aigua clara. Quina forma t\u00e9 l&#8217;aigua? (\u00c9s la forma de la ampolla). Pregunteu als alumnes qu\u00e8 creuen que passar\u00e0 a l&#8217;aigua quan s&#8217;aboqui a la tassa. Abocar l&#8217;aigua a la tassa. Qu\u00e8 ha passat? (L&#8217;aigua va prendre la forma de la tassa ara). Informar els alumnes que l&#8217;aigua \u00e9s un l\u00edquid.<br>Un l\u00edquid pren la forma del seu env\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Demaneu als alumnes que nomenin alguns s\u00f2lids i l\u00edquids, assenyalant-los a la pissarra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Informar els alumnes que faran unes galetes. Preguntar als alumnes si creuen que una galeta \u00e9s s\u00f2lida o l\u00edquida? Explica que ho investigaran amb les galetes que elaboren.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activitat:<\/strong><br>(Demanar als alumnes que treballin en grups de 5 o 6 persones, amb supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;adults)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients\/materials per a galetes<\/strong>&nbsp;(per grup):<br>\u2022 25g de sucre<br>\u2022 50g de mantega (suavitzat)<br>\u2022 75g de farina<br>\u2022 Bol de mescla<br>\u2022 Tallador de formes de galeta<br>\u2022 Cullera de fusta<br>\u2022 Corr\u00f3 pastisser<br>\u2022 Safata de filferro<br>\u2022 Escales de pesatge<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Materials:<\/strong>&nbsp;(per grup)<br>\u2022 Galetes<br>\u2022 Bossa per congelar de pl\u00e0stic<br>\u2022 Pin rodant (per aixafar la galeta)<br>\u2022 Copa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instruccions:<\/strong><br><strong>Part 1:<\/strong><br>(Recorda als alumnes que facin torns en els seus grups)<br>1. Assegureu-vos que totes les mans estiguin netes abans de comen\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Escalfeu pr\u00e8viament el forn a 180 \u030a C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Les classes m\u00e9s grans poden mesurar els ingredients, per\u00f2 per als alumnes m\u00e9s petits els ingredients poden necessitar ser mesurats pr\u00e8viament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Demaneu als alumnes que col\u00b7loquen la mantega al bol. A continuaci\u00f3, afegir el sucre i barrejar b\u00e9 amb la cullera de fusta. (Pregunteu als alumnes si el sucre \u00e9s un s\u00f2lid o l\u00edquid, s\u00f2lid per\u00f2 s&#8217;aboca en el bol, com la forma en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;aboca un l\u00edquid. Informa els alumnes que ho exploraran m\u00e9s endavant amb les galetes acabades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. A continuaci\u00f3, demaneu-los que afegeixin la farina, barrejant-la de nou amb la cullera de fusta. A continuaci\u00f3, demaneu als alumnes que utilitzin les mans per combinar i unir la barreja en una massa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Mostra als alumnes un corr\u00f3 pastisser demostrant com s&#8217;utilitza. A continuaci\u00f3, en un tauler amb farina, demaneu als alumnes que estenguin la massa fins que faci uns 2 cm de gruix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Demaneu als alumnes que tallin acuradament la massa en formes mitjan\u00e7ant un tallador de formes de galeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Col\u00b7loqueu-lo en una safata de forn i poseu-lo al forn durant 10-15 minuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Quan les galetes estiguin al forn, deixeu-les en una safata de filferro per refredar- les.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 2<\/strong>: (M\u00e9s tard al mateix dia, quan les galetes s&#8217;han refredat)<br>1. Demana a cada grup que agafi tres de les seves galetes i les col\u00b7loqueu a la bossa de pl\u00e0stic.<br>Exemple de pregunta: Com \u00e9s ara la galeta? \u00c9s s\u00f2lid o l\u00edquid?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Demana als alumnes que tanquin la bossa de pl\u00e0stic i que rodin el corr\u00f3 pastisser<br>a trav\u00e9s de la bossa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemples de preguntes:<\/strong>&nbsp;Qu\u00e8 passa amb les galetes? (Estan aixafats). Com \u00e9s la galeta? (Petites peces esmicolades).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Demana als alumnes que aboquin la galeta de la bossa a la tassa.<br>Pregunta d\u2019exemple: Qu\u00e8 acostumem a abocar l\u00edquids o s\u00f2lids? (L\u00edquids). Aquestes galetes encara s\u00f3n s\u00f2lides? (S\u00ed- vegeu l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent)<br>La ci\u00e8ncia que hi ha al darrere de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia (ci\u00e8ncia de part\u00edcules):<br>Els s\u00f2lids tenen una forma fixa. No obstant aix\u00f2, alguns s\u00f2lids es componen de peces diminutes i es poden abocar: Tot i que podr\u00edem abocar la galeta a la tassa quan es va dividir en trossos, les parts m\u00e9s petites de la galeta (anomenades mol\u00e8cules), encara estaven ben empaquetades a la galeta, de manera que tot i que la galeta es comportava com un l\u00edquid, encara era s\u00f2lida. Fins i tot quan es trenca un s\u00f2lid, encara \u00e9s s\u00f2lid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Demanar als alumnes que pensin en qualsevol altre s\u00f2lid que es comporti com l\u00edquids. Per exemple, la sorra i el sucre s\u00f3n s\u00f2lids encara que es puguin abocar. S&#8217;ajusten a la forma dels contenidors en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;aboquen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3:<\/strong><br>1.
