Hip\u00f3tesis de verificaci\u00f3n: Preparaci\u00f3n de la masa de crepes<\/strong><br>El profesor divide el grupo clase en peque\u00f1os equipos, cada equipo recibe la receta (con ilustraciones, f\u00e1cil de &#8220;leer&#8221; para los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os). Cada equipo sigue una receta ligeramente diferente, con el uso de diferentes pigmentos naturales:<br>&#8211; El primer grupo prepara la masa de crepes siguiendo la instrucci\u00f3n: 4 huevos, 3 vasos de harina simple, 3 vasos de leche, 1 vaso de agua &#8211; los ingredientes se mezclan cuidadosamente en el recipiente para lograr una masa lisa;<br>&#8211; La masa de crepes debe dividirse en 5 porciones iguales y distribuirse a 5 equipos, que mezclar\u00e1n la masa con pigmento natural producido de forma independiente.<br>&#8211; Primer equipo &#8211; no a\u00f1ade ning\u00fan pigmento adicional, comienza a hornear crepes.<br>&#8211; El segundo equipo prepara un pigmento verde usando espinacas &#8211; un pu\u00f1ado de espinacas debe colocarse en una licuadora, luego el pigmento debe agregarse al recipiente y mezclarse cuidadosamente;<br>&#8211; El tercer equipo a\u00f1ade 2-3 cucharadas de masa madre de remolacha a la masa de crepes, y mezcla cuidadosamente para lograr la masa rosada.<br>&#8211; El cuarto equipo debe preparar una masa amarilla usando media cucharadita de c\u00farcuma, y mezclando cuidadosamente.<br>&#8211; El quinto equipo utiliza 2 cucharadas de cacao.<br>&#8211; Cada equipo hornea las crepes bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de un profesor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>4. Resumen de la actividad y elaboraci\u00f3n de conclusiones:<\/strong><br>Los equipos presentan y sirven sus crepes &#8211; explicar c\u00f3mo se prepararon las crepes de colores. Los ni\u00f1os discuten el color, la textura y el sabor de las diferentes crepes. El grupo verifica la hip\u00f3tesis: los ni\u00f1os emprenden una reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica sobre los diferentes tipos de ingredientes que se pueden utilizar para producir pigmentos naturales, y otros tipos de alimentos que se pueden preparar en una versi\u00f3n colorida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>5. Explicaci\u00f3n para el maestro<\/strong>: Pigmentos naturales, de origen vegetal, utilizados durante la actividad.<br>Los pigmentos naturales utilizados en la industria se producen a trav\u00e9s del proceso de extracci\u00f3n de sustancias biol\u00f3gicas (aislando un ingrediente de la mezcla con difusi\u00f3n en l\u00edquido). Los pigmentos naturales se a\u00edslan de las plantas en el proceso f\u00edsico (con fuerza) &#8211; tales compuestos no son susceptibles de modificaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, a menos que se necesite la conservaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s larga (en el procesamiento industrial de alimentos). Los extractos bot\u00e1nicos y de plantas (tales como: bayas, hojas, flores, etc.) Se utilizan a menudo para producir pigmentos naturales de la comida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n del aprendizaje<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las im\u00e1genes de diferentes tipos de crepes se colocan en una pizarra (crepes naturales y coloridos).
