Muestra a los alumnos un vaso y p\u00eddeles que lo describan. Informa a los alumnos de que un vaso es un s\u00f3lido.<br>Un s\u00f3lido tiene su propia forma establecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>2. Muestra a los alumnos una botella de agua transparente. \u00bfQu\u00e9 forma tiene el agua? (Tiene la forma de la botella). Pregunta a los alumnos qu\u00e9 creen que le pasar\u00e1 al agua cuando se vierta en el vaso. Vierte el agua en el vaso. \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha pasado? (El agua ha tomado la forma del vaso). Informa a los alumnos de que el agua es un l\u00edquido.<br>Un l\u00edquido toma la forma de su recipiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pide a los alumnos que nombren algunos s\u00f3lidos y l\u00edquidos, anot\u00e1ndolos en la pizarra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Informa a los alumnos que van a hacer galletas. Pregunta a los alumnos si creen que una galleta es un s\u00f3lido o un l\u00edquido. Expl\u00edcales que lo investigar\u00e1n con las galletas que hagan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Actividad<\/strong>:<br>(Pide a los alumnos que trabajen en grupos de 5 o 6, con la supervisi\u00f3n de un adulto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Ingredientes\/material para galletas<\/strong>&nbsp;(por grupo):<br>&#8211; 25g de az\u00facar<br>&#8211; 50 g de mantequilla (ablandada)<br>&#8211; 75 g de harina<br>&#8211; Recipiente para mezclar<br>&#8211; Cortador de galletas<br>&#8211; Cuchara de madera<br>&#8211; Rodillo<br>&#8211; Bandeja de alambre<br>&#8211; Balanza para pesar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material<\/strong>: (por grupo)<br>&#8211; Galletas<br>&#8211; Bolsa de pl\u00e1stico para congelar<br>&#8211; Rodillo (para aplastar la galleta)<br>&#8211; Taza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong>:<br><strong>Parte 1<\/strong>:<br>(Recuerda a los alumnos que se turnen en sus grupos)<br>1. Aseg\u00farate de que todas las manos est\u00e9n limpias antes de empezar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Precalienta el horno a 180 \u030aC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Las clases mayores pueden medir los ingredientes, pero para los alumnos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os puede ser necesario medir los ingredientes de antemano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pide a los alumnos que pongan la mantequilla en el bol. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y m\u00e9zclalo bien con la cuchara de madera. (Pregunta a los alumnos si el az\u00facar es un s\u00f3lido o un l\u00edquido, y d\u00edgales que es un s\u00f3lido, pero que se vierte en el cuenco, como se vierte un l\u00edquido. Informa a los alumnos de que van a explorar esto con las galletas terminadas m\u00e1s adelante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. A continuaci\u00f3n, p\u00eddeles que a\u00f1adan la harina, mezcl\u00e1ndola de nuevo con la cuchara de madera. A continuaci\u00f3n, pide a los alumnos que utilicen las manos para combinar y unir la mezcla hasta conseguir una masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Mu\u00e9strales un rodillo de amasar y demu\u00e9strales c\u00f3mo se utiliza. Col\u00f3cala en una bandeja de horno y m\u00e9tela en el horno durante 10-15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Cuando las galletas est\u00e9n horneadas, d\u00e9jalas en una bandeja de alambre para que se enfr\u00eden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Parte 2<\/strong>: (M\u00e1s tarde, cuando los bizcochos se hayan enfriado)<br>1. Pide a cada grupo que coja tres de sus galletas y las meta en su bolsa de pl\u00e1stico.<br>Pregunta de ejemplo: \u00bfQu\u00e9 aspecto tiene ahora la galleta? \u00bfEs s\u00f3lida o l\u00edquida?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pide a los alumnos que cierren la bolsa de pl\u00e1stico y que pasen el rodillo por la bolsa.<br>Ejemplos de preguntas: \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con las galletas? (Se aplastan). \u00bfQu\u00e9 aspecto tiene la galleta? (Peque\u00f1os trozos desmenuzados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pide a los alumnos que viertan la galleta de la bolsa en la taza.<br>Pregunta de ejemplo: \u00bfQu\u00e9 solemos verter, l\u00edquidos o s\u00f3lidos? (L\u00edquidos). \u00bfEstas galletas siguen siendo s\u00f3lidas? (S\u00ed &#8211; v\u00e9ase la explicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s abajo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ciencia que hay detr\u00e1s de la experiencia (ciencia de las part\u00edculas):<br>Los s\u00f3lidos tienen una forma determinada. Sin embargo, algunos s\u00f3lidos est\u00e1n formados por trozos diminutos y pueden verterse: Aunque pudi\u00e9ramos verter la galleta en el vaso cuando se romp\u00eda en trozos, las partes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as de la galleta (llamadas mol\u00e9culas) segu\u00edan estando fuertemente empaquetadas en la galleta, as\u00ed que, aunque la galleta se comportara como un l\u00edquido, segu\u00eda siendo un s\u00f3lido. Incluso cuando un s\u00f3lido se rompe, sigue siendo un s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pide a los alumnos que piensen en otros s\u00f3lidos que se comporten como l\u00edquidos. Por ejemplo, la arena y el az\u00facar son s\u00f3lidos, aunque se puedan verter. Se adaptan a la forma de los recipientes en los que se vierten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusiones<\/strong>:<br>Pida a los alumnos que completen un registro de aprendizaje para esta investigaci\u00f3n dibujando\/escribiendo sobre lo siguiente:<br>&#8211;
