Poi si dir\u00e0: \u201cChe cosa faremo bambini con questo materiale?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Noi faremo un esperimento denominato: \u201cil gelato magico \u201d.<br>3. L\u2019esperimento servir\u00e0 ad indagare meglio il passaggio di stato della materia da liquido a solido<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attivit\u00e0:<\/strong><br>L\u2019insegnante spiegher\u00e0 agli alunni l\u2019esperimento. Successivamente consegner\u00e0 un foglio con le istruzioni da seguire e il materiale utile per l\u2019esperimento. Quindi, chieder\u00e0 agli alunni di lavorare in gruppo. Ciascun gruppo utilizzer\u00e0 il proprio materiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Materiale:<\/strong><br>50 g di zucchero<br>100 ml latte<br>250 ml di panna da montare<br>Un cucchiaino di vaniglia o aroma di vaniglia<br>Sacchetto piccolo per congelare<br>Sacchetto grande per congelare<br>3 cubetti di ghiaccio<br>Termometro<br>5 cucchiai di sale grosso<br>1 molletta<br>Tazze e cucchiai per mangiare la tua \u2018\u2019sorpresa\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Istruzioni:<\/strong><br>1. Aggiungi nel sacchetto piccolo per congelare lo zucchero, il latte, la panna da montare e la vaniglia, infine chiudi il sacchetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Metti il ghiaccio nel sacchetto grande per congelare e misura la temperatura del ghiaccio con un termometro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Versa il sale grosso nel sacchetto di ghiaccio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Posiziona il sacchetto piccolo per congelare all&#8217;interno del sacchetto grande per congelare contenente il ghiaccio e il sale. Quindi chiudi il sacchetto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Muovi delicatamente il sacchetto grande per congelare da un lato all&#8217;altro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Continua a far oscillare il sacchetto grande per congelare per circa 10-15 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
