Si mostra ai bambini\/ragazzi il materiale che servir\u00e0 per eseguire l\u2019esperimento e si dice loro: \u201cSecondo voi cosa faremo oggi con zucchero e colorante?\u201d \u201cChe opera d\u2019arte possiamo creare?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u201cBacchette magiche\u201d \u00e8 il nome dell\u2019esperimento che svolgeremo oggi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. L\u2019esperimento servir\u00e0 ad esplorare i passaggi di stato e la saturazione dei liquidi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attivit\u00e0:<\/strong><br>L\u2019insegnante dopo aver spiegato agli alunni l\u2019esperimento, consegner\u00e0 tutto il materiale necessario per svolgere l\u2019esperimento e li guider\u00e0 nel corso dell\u2019attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Materiale:<\/strong><br>Acqua<br>Zucchero semolato<br>Bicchieri di vetro alti (uno per ogni alunno)<br>Coloranti alimentari (rosso, blu, giallo, verde, viola)<br>Mollette da bucato<br>Stecchini per spiedini (uno ciascuno)<br>Bilancia<br>Aromi<br>Cucchiaio (uno ciascuno)<br>Misurino<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Istruzioni:<\/strong><br>1. Servendoci di un misurino prendiamo la giusta quantit\u00e0 di acqua (200 ml) e con l\u2019aiuto dell\u2019insegnante versarla in una pentola e portarla ad ebollizione. Come facciamo a capire che l\u2019acqua \u00e8 davvero arrivata ad ebollizione?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mentre l\u2019acqua bolle, riempiamo un bicchiere con 100 ml di acqua e poi aggiungiamo 300 g di zucchero e mescoliamo. Lo zucchero si scioglie? Perch\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Quando l\u2019acqua bolle versare 600 g di zucchero e mescolare per farlo sciogliere. Questa volta, si scioglie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Teniamo la pentola a fiamma media per 3-4 minuti e riportiamo a bollore affinch\u00e9 lo zucchero si sciolga bene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Spegniamo e lasciamo riposare lo sciroppo per venti minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Prendiamo gli stecchini e intingiamoli nello sciroppo e poi rotoliamoli nello zucchero semolato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Lasciamo asciugare in modo che i cristalli di zucchero si attacchino meglio, poi prendiamo gli stecchini e attacchiamoli alle mollette da bucato in modo che appoggiandole sui bicchieri terranno gli stecchini sospesi a 2,5-3 cm dal fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Spostiamo temporaneamente gli stecchini e poi versiamo il colorante che preferiamo sul fondo del bicchiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Versiamo lo sciroppo nel bicchiere e mescoliamolo al colorante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Riposizioniamo gli stecchini attaccati alle mollette da bucato e lasciamoli cos\u00ec per qualche giorno (3-5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Se sulla superficie si \u00e8 formato uno strato duro, baster\u00e0 romperlo delicatamente e poi estrarre \u201cle bacchette\u201d quando si saranno formate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Stiamo attenti a far gocciolare lo sciroppo in eccesso magari in un altro bicchiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.
