Mostrare agli studenti una tazza, chiedendo loro di descriverla. Informare gli alunni che una tazza \u00e8 un solido. Un solido ha una sua forma fissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mostra agli studenti una bottiglia d&#8217;acqua chiara. Che forma ha l&#8217;acqua? (\u00c8 la forma della bottiglia). Chiedi agli alunni cosa pensano che succeder\u00e0 all&#8217;acqua quando verr\u00e0 versata nella tazza. Versare l&#8217;acqua nella tazza. Che cosa \u00e8 successo? (L&#8217;acqua ora ha preso la forma della tazza). Informare gli alunni che l&#8217;acqua \u00e8 un liquido.<br>Un liquido prende la forma del suo contenitore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Chiedete agli studenti di nominare alcuni solidi e liquidi, annotandoli sulla lavagna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Informare gli alunni che stanno per fare dei biscotti. Chiedere agli alunni se pensano che un biscotto sia solido o liquido? Assicuratevi che tutte le mani siano lavate e pulite prima di iniziare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Preriscaldare il forno a 180 \u030aC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Le classi pi\u00f9 grandi possono misurare gli ingredienti, ma per gli alunni pi\u00f9 giovani potrebbe essere necessario misurare gli ingredienti in anticipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Chiedere agli alunni di mettere il burro nella ciotola. Poi aggiungere lo zucchero e mescolare bene con il cucchiaio di legno (chiedere agli alunni se lo zucchero \u00e8 un solido o un liquido, facendo capire che \u00e8 un solido ma viene versato nella ciotola, come si versa un liquido. Informare gli alunni che pi\u00f9 tardi esploreranno questo aspetto con i biscotti finiti).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Poi chiedere loro di aggiungere la farina, mescolandola di nuovo con il cucchiaio di legno. Poi chiedere agli alunni di usare le mani per combinare e riunire il composto in un impasto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Mostrare agli alunni un mattarello, dimostrando come si usa. Poi, su una tavola infarinata preparata, chiedere agli alunni di stendere la pasta fino ad ottenere uno spessore di circa 2 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Chiedere agli alunni di tagliare accuratamente l&#8217;impasto in forme usando un tagliabiscotti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Mettere su una teglia e infornare per 10-15 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Quando i biscotti sono cotti, lasciarli raffreddare su un vassoio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parte 2<\/strong>: (Pi\u00f9 tardi nella giornata, quando i biscotti si sono raffreddati)<br>1. Chiedi agli alunni di versare il biscotto dal sacchetto nella tazza.<br><em>Domanda campione<\/em>: Che cosa versiamo di solito, liquidi o solidi? (Liquidi). Questi biscotti sono ancora solidi? (S\u00ec &#8211; vedi spiegazione sotto)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La scienza che c&#8217;\u00e8 dietro<\/strong>&nbsp;(scienza delle particelle):<br>I solidi hanno una forma fissa. Tuttavia, alcuni solidi sono costituiti da piccoli pezzi e possono essere versati: Anche se abbiamo potuto versare il biscotto nella tazza quando era rotto in pezzi, le parti pi\u00f9 piccole del biscotto (chiamate molecole), erano ancora strettamente imballate nel biscotto, quindi anche se il biscotto si comportava come un liquido, era ancora un solido.
